Rental items are leased on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Your rental period begins on the calendar day after the carrier marks your shipment as delivered and ends when your rental term expires. You must drop off all rental items with the return carrier by the last day of your rental term.

An FFL (Federal Firearms Licensee) is required to transfer any firearms being rented. Items requiring an FFL will be shipped to the FFL of your choice. Law enforcement and military orders will ship directly to the agency or duty station.

Yes. Your FFL will very likely charge a fee to facilitate the transfer of restricted items. The fee is typically around $35, although the actual cost may vary by FFL.

Yes. Please contact us if you would like to extend the rental period for any of your rental items.

Please contact our support team if you experience any issues with your rental equipment or need assistance.

You will receive a return shipping label to attach to your return shipment. If your rental items have different rental expiration dates, you will receive a separate return label for each item.

Ammunition is always sold as a purchase item. Single-use training tools and certain personal protective equipment (PPE) are also sold rather than rented.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can update your shipping address. If your order has already shipped to the wrong address, we will notify the carrier and request that the shipment be returned to us.

Orders are typically shipped on the next business day after the order is placed.

Rental deposits and rental fees are due when your order is placed. If rental items are not returned by the end of the rental term, the applicable daily rental rate will continue to be charged until the items are dropped off with the return carrier.

No. Purchased items are not eligible for return.

Yes. Rental items may be returned early. Please contact us to receive your return shipping label.
